`SWATH2stats
<https://doi.org/doi:10.18129/B9.bioc.SWATH2stats>`_ [1]_ is intended to transform SWATH data from the OpenSWATH software into a format readable by other statistics packages while performing filtering, annotation and FDR estimation.
